Almost nothing. A privacy company's website should not need a long notice, and this one does not.
These pages are static. They set no cookies and load no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The only requests to a third party are for two fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as any web request does; we do not pass it anything else. Our web server keeps ordinary access logs (address, page, time, browser) for thirty days to detect abuse, and nothing more.
The readiness check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us unless you choose to email the result, in which case they travel in an email you write.
The demo request form opens an email from your own mail client to hello@nyvika.in. We keep that email to reply to you and to arrange the demo, and delete it when the conversation ends or after twelve months, whichever is first. Lawful basis: your consent, given by sending it; withdraw it by asking us to delete the thread.
The product itself, at /login and /portal, is operated by Nyvika on behalf of the Data Fiduciaries that use it. For a person who gives consent to one of those organisations or uses its Privacy Centre, that organisation is the Data Fiduciary and Nyvika is its Data Processor under a written contract. Its notice, in the person's language, is shown by the widget and in the Privacy Centre, and its rights requests are answered through the same Privacy Centre.
For the console users of a customer organisation (its privacy officers and team), Nyvika processes name, work email, role, sign-in events and the actions recorded in that organisation's audit log, to provide the service and to keep it secure. Those records belong to the organisation and are exported or deleted on its instruction.
People are identified in the product by keyed hashes; contact addresses and connector credentials are encrypted at rest and never written to logs. Console access needs a password and, where the organisation requires it, a second factor or single sign-on. The service is hosted in India.
